This market does have the best fresh flowers in my area, they are unmatched. Just last week I was shopping for my weekly hydrangeas when I spotted beautiful sunflowers! Excuse the mess on the counter, I was so excited to take a photo of this beautiful artwork! LOL

I really like Public in general and this location is my favorite. I dont live in the area so dont get to go here often but recently visited on a busy Saturday.The selections are always great and the staff here my be the best that I have dealt with in any grocery store... professional, friendly, helpful and willing to take the time to help you.This is now a must visit whenever Im in the area.

Its a clean, well organized grocery store. The bakery is better than most. Produce and deli counters are about average. The beer and wine selections are above average. Prices are generally higher than Food Lion and Harris-Teeter. Their prices and selection are similar to Lowes Foods. The employees are nice and helpful. The parking lot is a rat maze with counterintuitive exits.

This was my first time going to Publix and I must stay the staff and store were beyond amazing. The staff were so friendly and QUICK to help. Every department I went to I was greeted so warmly and kindly. As an Instacart delivery driver this was the greatest start to one of my many long days. The shelves were so perfectly stocked and in order. Exceeds way above standards!! Keep up the great work guys!

Just a lovely ambiance:) The staff is always friendly, the prices are lower than Harris Teeter usually, it is always clean and a pleasant experience. The staff wears masks most of the time:) My go to:) I also love their pharmacy, but my insurance recently stopped covering it. otherwise It would be my one stop shop:)

This grocery store is always sparkling clean and well stocked. The staff are extremely friendly. I like that they have meal kits and pre-prepped meals. Their bakery is great, too.

Everyone taking about your sub sandwich but, Your employee SHANOVA has no clue, my sub was sloppy and your employee has nasty attitude. I asked clearly for Bora head honey maple turkey but she gave me publix turkey brand … Dishonest and disgusting by her end . Going back to shop Harris Teeter.

My experience at store 1551 (Leesville Rd, Raleigh, NC) was AMAZING!!!! Lindsey, Tara, Daniel, and Jojo was AWESOME, they made my experience wonderful!! These employees didn’t hesitate to help when I needed it the most! I can’t thank them enough for providing such great customer service.

This store has absolutely the best customer service of any place I’ve ever been! All the staff are extremely helpful and lovely to interact with. I also love bringing my two-year-old son there because they always treat him so well and offer him crayons or even the occasional balloon. It is truly a pleasure to shop here and whoever is managing the store is definitely doing something right! and one more major plus is that they started stocking some of the items that I used to have to drive to Whole Foods for. I really appreciate how they’re expanding their vegetarian and vegan selection!

Not impressed. It generally has good fried chicken and you can sometimes pick up a good meat or fish special but the brands are limited and it has very few international items. I couldnt find peanut sauce, rice papers, or full fat greek vanilla yogurt.

Seriously the best customer service i have ever experienced at any grocery store. Everyone is so pleasant I always have my 2 YO daughter with me when I shop. Everyone loves her .. I have been a fan of this grocery store since its inception in NCarolina. I truly loved the cooking ideas in store.....This week has been the worst in the prepared foods Department. They DO NOT REPLENISH food until irs ordered. Then you have to wait 20/30 minutes for it to be cooked Well that makes absolutely no sense, and is too time consuming for those WHO CHOOSE this establishment for a 30 minute lunch. Nor do they have all the menu items as posted.After 3 days of wasting my time and gas, I respectfully give up......Lowes foods it is!

There were a few things I was having a hard time finding and they actually walked around the store with me to help. It was my 2nd time in a Publix store and I was very impressed.

They are routinely out of tenders at peak lunch time. They rarely have extra tenders ready to replace ones that run out and take about 20-30 minutes to make new ones. They seem to think there is nothing that can be done to remedy this. It has not occurred to them that, when the tenders in the display case run out, they can be replaced from the ones in the warmer. Then 20-30 minutes later, when you have made fresh tenders, you can put them in the warmer to replace the ones used to refill the display case.

Store is very clean. Staff is very helpful. For the most part fully stocked. And the Curbside shoppers are so very sweet in picking out my items. And communicating if something is out of stock. They look for the best replacements possible!!!😄

Dont use SHOPPARTNERS. My shopper brought me a receipt that charged me for organic veggies & fruit but they werent. Publix manager told me to use their curbside pickup. That way your truly only dealing with Publix: Where shopping is a pleasure.

First time here. Store is clean, organized, and very expensive, but this comes to no surprise. For example, I can buy Gevalia ground coffee for $3 less at Walmart. There were prices missing in the chips aisle, and surprisingly Killian’s Irish Red beer isn’t sold here. Seafood department wasn’t impressive and small. I will say that they have a lot of products I haven’t seen in traditional grocery stores. The wine department is very nice, especially the wine chiller for customer-use. This store is in a good location and was not busy at all. I think I’d rather go to Harris Teeter across the street still.

I only went in to get a couple of things. Their customer service was great! I was pleasantly greeted at the door and offered a large or small cart. Then the cart was sanitized in front of me.I looked through the produce section. It was clean, very well organized and didnt have that smell you sometimes find in the produce section. It was very noticeable and I was impressed.Some of the items I looked at were a little pricey if they were not on sale. Today was my 1st time scrolling through the store. Actually, I will give this store a 4.5 easily. I will be frequenting this store.

So in the past I have had issues with employees at this location. Today it was the customers. A Caucasian woman skipped me in line-there was a sign that said the lane was closed and she skipped over me into the line. Also a Caucasian man almost bumped me twice in the store and pretended like he didn’t see me. Long story story this story location may be in “whites only” area with a lot of entitled white store customers.

I was there around 5:30 on 12/29, and even though I was only getting a sub from the deli, the girl was very sweet and attentive. Idk her name but she was slender and tall. African American with her hair pulled back. I only got one ham and cheese sub, but she was friendly and professional. After a long day at work that was greatly appreciated!

I gave it 2 stars because the store itself is clean and the customer service is great. However, I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and it was probably the most poorly done cake Ive ever gotten. The cake was not fresh and very stale. Also the script on the cake looked like my 4 year olds hand writing. I dont recommend ordering a cake from here.
