Born and raised under the famous Tetons I absolutely had to purchase their beautiful ring. Both me and my little sister purchased matching rings and our 3rd sister will be purchasing one as well to make them our “sister rings”.Jackson Hole Jewelry was amazing! I originally saw an ad for Jefferson Hole Jewelry Co on social media after arriving in Jackson Hole WY for vacation- specifically the mountain duo stacking rings. I went in the shop and Veronica was extremely attentive and helpful as I looked at the options. I like to purchase a piece of jewelry on our trips to remind me of the time spent there. They design unique pieces that you wont find all over town and if you are wanting to design something special Jorge is amazing, he is so easy to work with, its like he can read my mind.Zack and everyone there help you stay within your budget and honestly, they take huge pride in their work. Integrity is a given, business always a pleasure. When you do business with them, you not only get outstanding jewelry but you leave with new friends. They have some very unique pieces and also their own custom designs that are unique to Jackson Hole and the wildlife and Tetons, etc. They also can custom make pieces and keep your client card on file with favorites. I’ve purchased two Teton inspired pieces from Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. and both were absolutely stunning. In both cases, the staff at Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. were incredible to work with, going above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, the items arrived when I needed them, and that the recipients (my wife and daughter) were both very happy with the jewelry. Jorge with Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. was so helpful when I went in looking for help with a ring fitting. Jorge explained both short and long term solutions for a better fit. He attached something to my ring for a short term fix to allow me to settle into the snugger fit before taking next steps. When I move towards a long term solution, I will definitely revisit Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. to help with the adjustments. I felt at ease with my ring in their care!

Very nice store. The people there are great to work with. Unique merchandise. Great gift ideas. The only problem I have had is that the on line interface never seems to work. Then it takes a while to get help to resolve your issue. I’ve had it happen every time I’ve tried to shop online.

Communication was first rate and always prompt. The turnaround time to create what amounted to a custom piece of jewelry was modest. The delivery was fast. Had the best experience! My husband and I came in to look at the Teton rings and the gal that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was great. The Tetons are very special to us as we got engaged at Jenny Lake and we both love the Jackson area. We ended up with a set of rings and they were kind enough to get the rings sized in time for us to leave Jackson with the rings instead of waiting for them to be shipped to us. That was truly special and very thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

That and the sparkling water sold me. The Teton ring stack brought us in the store a version left with us, plus the birthday earrings. Jorge was patient and knowledgeable. He retrieved several sizes and variations of the Tetons until my love found the set she wanted and could not live without.
