My experience of going to Basha High school has developed the last four years of my life. Through this high school experience I have met many wonderful friends and teachers. My favorite part of school was the cafeteria atmosphere. All of the students and their friends would gather at different lunches and get to sit down and eat there food and chat. The cafeteria lines had an assorment of foods and snacks, my favorite food is the nachos! Basha High school has a friendly atmosphere with numerous different clubs and activities. The diversity in clubs shows our school that we are accepting. I joined the Womens Club that meets on Thursdays every few weeks, we get to chat and discuss benefiting women all around our state. We also have some fun clubs like film, and Spanish Si Se Puede. If I were a parent I would recommend this school to any incoming freshman. We are a welcoming community always looking for excellence.

I went to Basha's accelerated middle school program so I'm coming up on my seventh year at the school. The academics are great, with a diverse array of classes to choose from to prepare for college, as are the clubs and sports. Unfortunately, there a certain classes where only one teacher is available, for example, my AP physics class. The teacher has a very brutally honest teaching form that is really mean and unnecessary which prevents many from properly learning, yet there are no other options.

I would like to see more student involvement in the school. Our principal puts 100% of his efforts into BHS, so student participation could improve. Despite this, I love Basha High School. The high school community is supportive and diverse. Teachers that I've had make realistic goals and set up great guidelines to reach them. They are invested in students lives and growth as individuals. My growth as a person has been heavily impacted by Basha in the classrooms, gym, weight room, and overall campus. I have gained many valuable life lessons being a student-athlete at Basha.
